The One&Only Za’abeel in Dubai redefines luxury with its iconic, vertical two-tower design from Nikken Sekkei and interiors by Jean-Michel Gathy. Connected through The Link – the world’s longest cantilever at 100 meters high-this urban resort features skyline views, top-notch dining, and Dubai’s longest suspended infinity pool.
Inspired by Dubai’s vibrant energy, they crafted a space that integrates touches of traditional Arabian influences. The interiors feature plush fabrics, polished marble, and intricate metallic accents evoking the city’s iconic sand dunes. A true highlight within One&Only Za’abeel is the Tapasake restaurant, located on the rooftop, the restaurant offers sweeping views of Dubai’s skyline. The decor combines contemporary minimalism with warm wood accents, ambient lighting, and panoramic windows, ensuring an immersive dining experience. At the rooftop, Tapasake boasts an impressive seating arrangement featuring the Fable Swing, as they create a floating sensation over the city.
For relaxation, guests have access to a Spa and Wellness Center with treatments and nearby beach clubs. Event spaces support both corporate and social gatherings, while a curated art collection – including work by Steven Naifeh – adds cultural depth to the resort. One&Only One Za’abeel captures the spirit of Dubai in an immersive upscale destination.
