Hospitality
Terra Preta
This exclusive boutique hotel in Gaia is conceived as a contemporary retreat where tropical influences meet architectural clarity. The project brings together structural elegance and lush, organic surroundings, creating a balanced dialogue between built form and landscape.
The hotel is composed of apartment-style rooms designed to offer a more private, residential experience within a hospitality context. Each unit extends the feeling of comfort and autonomy, while maintaining a strong connection to the overall design language of the project.
Communal areas are designed as shared moments of pause and connection, featuring a swimming pool and open views over the city. These spaces are shaped by natural light, open horizons, and a continuous relationship with the surrounding environment, reinforcing the idea of a true urban nature escape.
The outdoor and interior furnishing concept is defined by a curated selection of pieces, including the Tupi collection, Itá tables, and Taya console. Each element contributes to a coherent aesthetic grounded in material authenticity and tactile experience.
Rather than decoration, the furnishing strategy becomes an extension of the architecture itself. Organic forms, refined textures, and sculptural compositions create a sensory atmosphere that enhances the guest experience. The result is a hotel environment that feels immersive and grounded, where natural materials, light, and proportion guide the perception of space.
This is a place where hospitality is not only functional, but experiential. A contemporary retreat where design and nature coexist in quiet harmony.
