These Terms and Conditions (together with any other documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions) set out the terms that apply to the use of the website www.myface.eu, any subdomains, and any other websites managed by Myface, and also include email, telephone or customer support services provided by Myface.

 

You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand the website and the brand. Please note that by using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to complete your purchase and should leave the website as soon as possible. If you continue to use the website, we will consider that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

The terms and conditions are subject to change. For the latest version of these conditions, please consult them on our website. These Conditions may be saved electronically or printed by all users of our website. As long as they remain published on our website, these conditions will apply to all transactions carried out via our website, email, telephone, and others.

About Myface 

We are Myface, a brand represented by Supercosmic Portugal Uni Lda, with headquarters at Estrada do Loteamento, N.º 16, Várzea do Monte 4780-519 Santo Tirso, Portugal.

 

When you buy one of our products from our sales assistants, you are buying directly from Myface. All products are the property of the brand.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue or make changes to the product whenever necessary and without prior notice.

 

The Website 

By visiting and using the Myface website, you are communicating with us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

Please note that you are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent by your electronic advisors to us and you must use our website for lawful purposes only.

 

Account Registration 

Registration may be required to use the website.

 

Registrants are required to provide certain information and select a password that will be used to create and access their accounts. This password and other registration data must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. Registrants may voluntarily provide additional information in the registration process to personalize their accounts.

 

Registrants can access their accounts to view their profile information, as well as transaction information, by clicking on the icon on the site’s home page after logging in. Contact details submitted through registrations, website forms and other communication channels in interaction with Myface are collected and will be processed for communication purposes and marketing campaigns.

 

Buyers can cancel their registration and account at any time. For your security, requests to cancel accounts must originate from the email account registered with Myface, addressed to info@myface.eu. Under no circumstances will a cancellation request received by telephone or any other means be accepted.

 

Price

Prices are ex-word and always refer to a single unit. Taxes and legal fees must be added to the price at a later date. Myface reserves the right to discontinue products or change product specifications and prices without prior notice.

 

Packaging

Packaging is included in the price. If a customized packaging specification is required, the customer must give instructions when ordering and the price will be charged accordingly.

 

Orders

To place an order, the customer must provide valid company data, such as the billing name, billing address, VAT number (company registration number or resale number). The tax exemption for EU companies is valid when the existing VAT and the corresponding billing address are submitted.

 

Payment Terms 

Proformas will be sent by the customer service team and must be checked by the customer as a form of approval of the content described. In the absence of a signature and stamp, by making a deposit, the customer approves the content described on the proforma.

 

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to start production of the customer’s order and the balance must be paid before shipment. A 60% deposit is required to start production of orders with personalized products. We reserve the right to negotiate a deposit of more than 60% for large orders.

 

Payment must be made by bank transfer (in Euro € for the Euro account and in USD $ for the dollar account) and a confirmation (receipt) of the transfer must be sent by email to info@myface.eu.

 

All products remain the property of Myface until full payment is received. Myface reserves the right to postpone shipping details until the balance of the order has been received.

 

Shipping Terms 

We can provide a shipping quote if the customer requests it.

 

If the delivery logistics service is provided by us, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the size of the order, the weight, and the place of delivery.

 

Shipping quotes are valid for 8 weeks from the date the quote is issued. Myface reserves the right to update the shipping quote after this period. All shipments arranged by Myface are subject to insurance. Shipping fees will be charged separately from the value of the product(s), upon request for shipping services. The user must request these costs before starting the purchase.

 

The standard shipping quote only includes the door-to-door delivery service. If a different service or urgent delivery is required, the customer must request it when placing the order and will be charged accordingly. Assembly of parts or other services are not included in this service.

Delivery can also be made by the customer. In these cases, all transportation details must be provided to our sales assistant.

 

Lead Time

Production time is 8 weeks for standard products. Delivery time is not included. For products with customized specifications or large quantity orders, Myface reserves the right to agree to a different production time with the customer.

 

Myface is not responsible for a delay in production time if there is a failure to submit the transfer confirmation (receipt).

 

The delivery time for orders with COM/COL products only begins when the fabric arrives at our premises and is duly identified. Myface cannot be held responsible for delays in production or any misuse of the fabric if it is sent without identification by the customer.

 

The delivery time for orders with personalized products only starts from the moment the customer signs the technical drawings provided by Myface.

 

Myface reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice.

 

Freight Policy and Damage Claims

All products are carefully packed and inspected before shipment. On receipt of the goods, the recipient must check their condition with the carrier and retain the packaging.

 

The POD must be signed with reservations. In the event of apparent damage, the customer must open the goods in front of the carrier and mention the damage on the POD. The customer must keep the goods at their final destination and retain the packaging. If there is no apparent damage, the customer must state on the POD – “received the goods, but their condition must be checked”. In this case, the customer has a maximum of 7 days after delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays, to complain.

 

Myface is not liable for damage caused by handling, loading, or unloading by persons acting on behalf of the customer. If the Incoterms of the order are EXW, Myface is not liable for loss or damage in transit. If visible or concealed damage occurs in transit, immediately notify the carrier responsible for delivery with the initial notification of intention to file a claim.

 

Any damage must be reported to Myface within 48 hours of receipt of the order; photographic and video evidence of the damage must be sent by email to info@myface.eu. Failure to report hidden damage within 48 hours of receipt may result in the claim being rejected. Proving that any damage to the part(s) caused by transportation requires replacement, Myface undertakes to exchange the damaged part(s) or the complete part(s) within a period agreed with the customer.

 

Myface MUST collect the damaged part(s) or complete part(s) to replace them with new ones. All products must be returned in their original packaging (box, protectors, etc.) and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. If the customer chooses to transport the product(s) by their methods or means, Myface will be exempt from any charges or responsibility for events that may occur during transportation, and the customer will be responsible for handling all logistics with the carrier or collector and for replacing the damaged or complete part(s).

 

Other Claims

The product packaging must be kept for a minimum of 7 working days. All other complaints will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

 

Returns

No returns will be accepted without Myface’s written consent. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customer’s expense.

 

Order Cancellation

The Customer’s Order Confirmation is not subject to cancellation, changes or reductions in amount, or suspension of deliveries once the order and down payment have been confirmed.

 

Product

Myface makes every effort to ensure that the photographs and other relevant information on the website truly represent the original products, and some variations are possible due to the nature of the products and materials, as well as the manual production methods required. For all the reasons explained above, the images in the catalog, in the official marketing material, or on the website may vary from the final product.

 

Some changes in coloration and precision metalwork details may occur in two or more pieces manufactured in separate orders, which means that we do not guarantee the same finishes in this situation.

 

Myface is free to make any improvements to the design without notification.

 

All products are shipped in suitable packaging that prevents any damage.

 

Custom Order 

For each customized order, the customer should always ask our customer service team for advice to confirm the feasibility of materials, finishes, dimensions and prices. Myface cannot be held responsible for any choice made by the customer that does not work out in the end.

 

If you need to modify an ordered item, its finish or quantity, or any other error in the order, you have 5 working days after confirmation of purchase to contact our customer service team.

 

Due to the nature of your personalized order and the fact that it has been created especially for you, the delivery time may be affected.

 

Any doubts about our fabrics and finishes should be clarified before purchasing the garment.

 

Warranty 

Our fabrics have a 5-year guarantee and have all been fully tested in the different outdoor environments they can face, including UV protection;

 

If the product has been modified by the customer or a third party, the Myface guarantee does not cover it.

 

Claims for defects resulting from the shipping process carried out by the customer are not covered by the Myface guarantee.

 

Claims for defects resulting from the shipping process carried out by Myface are covered by the Myface warranty.

 

When problems arise, Myface reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis.

 

Internet Policy

Dealer websites may not advertise or display the Myface brand name, logo, product images, or any other symbols or information in any way without the prior written consent of the company. Reseller websites may not display Myface part prices, promotional offers, discounts, or value statements. Please contact Myface for further guidance from the company on the use of the Internet.
