The Grand Victoria, located along Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour in Kowloon, is a waterfront residential development that blends urban sophistication with serene coastal elements.
Arquitectonica’s architects conceived the building’s distinctive design to echo the ebb and flow of the ocean waves. The towers feature a curved glass façade accentuated by aluminium ‘sails’, creating a dynamic, wave-like appearance that contrasts with the seaside landscape. Champalimaud Design’s contribution to the Grand Victoria’s interiors includes the Director’s Villa and a large function room inspired by the West Kowloon coastline, with stone elements reminiscent of sailing and marine life.
Rottet Studio designed the Jewel Clubhouse – a central element with two 50-metre outdoor swimming pools, indoor sports courts and panoramic views. Its interiors are based on stainless steel and glass to enhance the natural light, creating a tranquil environment that underlines the harbour views. Incorporated into the décor is the Pearl Sofa and the Eden Planters, which highlight its exclusive seafront location.
