Residential
Located in the heart of Tyrol, Austria, this private residence merges seamlessly with the striking mountain landscape, featuring an architecture that emphasizes large glass surfaces, bringing to life the true balance of the inside-out concept, which is the key focus of the entire project.
Its modern and minimalist architecture, in shades of gray with wooden details, creates the perfect blend with the natural surroundings, seamlessly integrating into the landscape. Not only was the architecture carefully designed to fit the environment, but the outdoor spaces — such as the patio, heated outdoor and indoor pools — were also planned to allow residents to fully enjoy the imposing scenery surrounding the house, even in the heart of winter.
The entire project was based on the inside-out concept, ensuring that every part of the house can be enjoyed both during the warmest summer days and the harsh winters in the Tyrolean mountains.
Large glass windows enhance this connection, creating a unique experience between the cozy interior and the inviting outdoor spaces, which offer stunning mountain views.
The terrace is strategically positioned with a view of the mountains and divided into two distinct areas. The lounge area features the comfortable Nomad sofa, designed as a warm extension of the kitchen inside the house. It is furnished with outdoor furniture such as the Senses Kitchen and the Mo and Nodo dining set. The pool area includes two Trace sun loungers, Nomad armchairs, and a Sphere fireplace that warms the space with a striking visual impact. At the far end is the Fable Hanging Sofa, positioned to let residents immerse themselves in the tranquility of the house and its surroundings.
Inside, a heated pool is surrounded by panoramic windows, offering an unparalleled sensory experience.
These snowy landscapes, combined with the warmth of the cozy interior, dissolve any barriers between the two spaces, creating a perfect connection with nature. The Trace sun loungers, Houdini armchairs, and metallic-accented decor elements give the space the necessary elegance, ensuring a perfect blend of nature and modern design.
This private residence is more than just a mountain home; it is a perfect example of how nature, architecture, and design can merge to create the best of both worlds.
